Avalon Home Mining Series

The home bitcoin mining market is heating up... Literally.

Avalon Home Mining Series

I’m really excited about what Canaan is doing with it’s Avalon Home mining series of products.

They’ve taken the idea of home mining to the next level, bringing Bitcoin mining right into our living rooms with mining and heat reuse without the need of 240V electrical connection.

If you’ve ever wanted to mine at home with a ASIC miner, you had to have some serious power connection and likely needed an electrician to come in a setup a new 220-240volt receptacle.

Not anymore.

All of these new Avalon home miners run on a regular 120volt household electrical connection making it accessible for almost anyone to mine at home.

We all know that mining is very energy intensive and creates a lot of heat and noise when using a typical ASIC miner.

Cannan has decided to go after the home mining market with this new series of home miners that not only mine for sats but also keep you toasty warm.

The Avalon Mini 3 is a household baseboard heater that also generates Bitcoin.

The goal of the Avalon Mini 3 is to let you and your family enjoy your home space and sleep without worry of all the ASIC noise all while keeping warm on those cold winter days.

This mini 3 produces a heating power of 800 watts with an active silent fan that can warm your room in 10 minutes without having to worry about high heating costs at all.

This bitcoin miner is equipped with 66 4-nanometer process computing power chips that provide 37.5TH/s continuously mining Bitcoin for you while you heat your home.

This heater can accutually generate enough income to pay of the electricity bill and more.

Cannan’s next home miner is the Avalon Q.

This miner has more than twice the hashing power of the Avalon mini 3 and is targeted at a professional player with limited conditions, or simply anyone looking to increase passive income.

The Avalon Q has a power adaptation of 800 - 1600w, equipped with 160 4-nanometer process computing chips that can deliver a maximum computing power of 90 TH/s, continuously generating Bitcoin for you off of your regular 120v home outlet.

It’s extremely quiet with a minimum noise level of 45 dB so you'll hardly notice its presence and it’s form factor is very low-key. The overall size is similar to a computer case, making it inconspicuous wherever you place it in your home.

I can see these in every bitcoiners home in the future.

The next miner in the series is the Avalon Nano 3.

Another bitcoin mining heater that can warm your room all while earning sats to pay for the electricity.

All of these Avalon Home miners are managed by the Avalon App so you can monitor and tune your home mining experience.

Here’s a great video on the Mini 3 and Nano 3S.
